New diet

Last week I desided to let my trainer at Budz Boot Camp training center make me a diet plan. I have been thinking about doing this for over a year now but have always convinced myself that I must be able to do it on my own.

I am so glad that I finally decided to do this. I have recived some awesome guidelines and good support from my trainer, but most of all it has been a great eye opener as to how to put together my meals according to my goals. My goal is to get my fat pct. down while keeping my muscle mass and in order to do this, my diet has to include a lot of protein, also I should not have carbs in the morning - that way my body will learn to use fat as a fuel.

I have to say I am amazed how much I have to eat every day to keep up the recommended number of calories. And it is not boring food, I am really preparing some great meals as which I have recorded in the picturs below.
Icelandic Skyr with almonds, blueberries and Maple syrup
Chicken with pesto genovese and sweet potatos and sellery "fries"

Shrimps, avocado and eggs with lime juice

Asian chiken and Quinoa salat with a little bit of lemon oil that gives the salad an awesome taste
A lot of Proteins & Carbs bars that tast like candy

Wholegrain tortilla with beef and salat

Protein Pancakes with syrup, blueberries and dark cokcolate

And of course there is room for a little bit of heaven once in a while ;)
