A few weeks ago I got the ide of making duck wrapped in ricepaper and I finally pulled up my sleeves last weekend and got busy in the kitchen. I found the recipe here and the result was fantastic. Well I still need a little bit of practice in wrapping the rolls, but the duck was perfectly cooked and it was absoulutly delicious. Then Ingo made blackened tuna as well.
We bought the dressings in the photo from Stick&Sushi at Gammel Kongevej. The first is Goma dressing, which is a sesame dressing which i a little bit sweet. The second dressing is Spicy Miso, which is a dressing with both chili and Miso, which is a traditional japenese seasoning.
