My newborn nephew - his name is Ægir Rafn. Ægir beeing the name of his grandfather on the mother side and Rafn is the name of his grandfather on the father side. There is a great tradition in Iceland to give your childrean the same name as your parents (their grandparents). This is how we do icecream in Iceland - with a lot of candy. In Iceland there is a tradition of eating icecream all the year around and almost every town has a great icecream store with endless variatons for mixing flavours, candy and sauce.
We had a "Bragðarefur" which translates to Taste-fox. My sister got a mix of cookie dough and licorice powder.
And of course we cook an Icelandic leg of lamb. Absoulutly delicious.
