Le Marché Amagerbrogade

A new Cofoco take away restaurant was recently opened on Amagerbrogade. Cofoco is a danish concept established in 2000 by a young chef that wanted to give his customers value for their money  - really good food at a reasonable price. To make a long story short, today the concept consists of ten popular restaurants and seven take away places.



We decided to give the new neighbourhood restaurant a try and we were not disappointed, really tasty and delicious food at a great price. Ingó got the chili con carne and I got a stewed beef with carrots and almonds.

Today H&M launched their new Conscious Exclusive collection - H&M describes the collection as a unique design with inspiration from all over the world; made from more sustainable materials and focuses on ethics within the fashion world. 

I find the collection absolutely beautiful and I have handpicked my favorite items to show you.

Ja, det var bra

This easter we took a four day trip to Stockholm in Sweden. We had a great time even though it was pretty cold. We rented an apartment on the island of Lilla Essinge in a beautiful neighbourhood right by the seaside. We did some shopping, took a trip to the Zoo, were out for dinner and of course we had our Icelandic easter eggs.
I have to recommend the restaurant Grill in Drottninggatan if you like a good steak and red wine, and the bakery in our neighbourhood called Dessert & Choklad Stockholm - some people say it is the best bakery in Stockholm. We were not dissapointed with our bread and cinnamon buns.
