A few days ago Ingó and I got our babysitter to get the girls from school and we had a date night. We try to have a date night every two weeks and every second date we go out for dinner. Ingó has been really into Indian food lately and few weeks ago I read an article about the oldest Indian restaurant in Copenhagen Indian Taj
had gotten a make over and a new name - now it is called Guru. So we decided to check it out and we ware not disappointed. The dining room had an Indian team that was modern and cohesive, but yet so cosy and welcoming. The color team is copper that goes through the whole restaurant without over doing it.
And the food was so delicious. I am not the same Indian food fanatic like Ingó, as I do not like my food to be too spicy. But the dishes we ordered ware just right, rich in flavour and seasoned just right. The nan bread was just to die for, but maybe I am not totally neutral as I think the best part of Indian food is the nan bread :)
